I just sent them a long survey telling them that I want a refund. They are nothing but an advertizing scheme to sell you a never ending line of products. What we bougnt made our computer faster to get online for maybe 3 hours, the locked up all pages and we could not access internet connection. Even their own program could not get online.

This morning, I removed all their programs to recycle, re-set all our access settings and removed some extra toolbars ans add-ons and it's working better than it was.

I sent a long complaint as a response to their survey, told them they were frauds and that I wanted a refund. No response yet.

I will never do any business with them again, ever, ever, ever!

Thank you for your kind attention.

1. Every time I saw that ad on TV
I'd bust out laughing, it was so bad.

2. You should next try "Makes Your PC Really Quick."

only $50.

Seriously there are a few sites that have some recommended tweaks that might help you achieve a faster online experience. But, these types of products are invariably a rip off.

3. Sorry you had that experience ...

Hopefully you can get some degree of refund.

As a general rule, *adding* software to your system will not make it faster.

7. You'll have better luck if you figure out what's eating all your resources
For instance, Norton is a notorious resource hog that runs at its own convenience, not yours.

There's a monitor on your machine already, just hit ctrl+alt+delete, the 3 key salute, and click the "processes" tab. That will show you which program, if any, is causing the main problem. You can then decide whether to keep it or ditch it.

Process Explorer is a free program that will allow you to monitor this stuff and suspend resource hogs rather than exit them, thus allowing you to see how your machine runs without them first. http://download.cnet.com/Process-Explorer/3000-2094_4-10223605.html

Cleaning up your registry will also improve performance. RegSeeker is a freeware program that cleaned up some stubborn problems Norton failed to take care of. http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm

Keeping your disk defragmented will also improve performance and the Windows defrag program is adequate for that. Just remember to run it before you're ready to throw the box out the window.

Dumping adware is also a good idea, clean out those cookies.

Then there's the more RAM solution. That can't hurt, either.

I'm not surprised Finally Fast turned out to be a clunker. I always assume anything blitz advertised on TV is going to be a scam.

8. I had an IT job interview several months ago.
It turned out to be the place that sells "Finally Fast". I didn't get the job, so I hope you screw them to the wall over this. Serves them right. If they had hired me you'd have a good workable product. :P
