Can't access my e-mail.

I think my Trend Micro Security software is blocking my e-mail, and I think it's because it quarantined one of these four programs.:

Dialer_PlayGames
Adware_IstBar
Adware_BHOT_SBSoft
Adware_Adtami

Are any of those critical for e-mail use?

1. Trend Micro wouldn't be blocking your email

unless your settings were redirected by spyware/malware/virus. None of your listed items are needed for email. It appears you definitely have some issues though.

Disable system restore.
Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
In the System Properties dialog box, click the System Restore tab.
Click to select the Turn off System Restore check box.
Click OK.

Download, install and run CCleaner to clear your cached temp files.

Download, install, update and run a full scan with SuperAntiSpyware and remove everything it tags.

Try your email again.

But it still won't let me access it through my computer. I have to go to webmail.
