Printer Problem
I have a Dell All-In-One 944. I can't get the power to stay on. The "power block" seems loose. I'll move it around and see a little flash on the power button, but it won't stay on.

Anyone have any tips or tricks?

Thanks!

(why oh why can't it just have a regular power cord?!?!)

1. well...
is it still under warranty?

If not,I'd bend the prongs ever so slightly with pliers to tighten it a little, but of course be careful not to break them.

2. 3 months out of warranty
Isn't that the way it always works?

I've tried bending the little connectors, no luck in getting it to work. It's so frustrating because everything on it works, I just can't get power to the dang thing!

3. It might be worth buying a new power chord, or...
...perhaps taking needle nose pliers and clamping the sockets the pins go in so they are a bit tighter. (obviously unplug it first!)
