I am the webmaster at http://worldnewstrust.com

We have been having some site performance issues of late(some of them are due to the scale of the site. It's huge and we should be on several dedicated servers. We are not. Money you see.) and I have found some new Firefox extensions that are must-haves for webmasters: Firebug and YSlow. They will allow you to diagnose bottlenecks on your website and offers a very nice help section for each bottleneck. I am totally impressed with these extensions.

Also, checkout Woopra. It's slicker than snot on a doorknob.
