please help with a simple problem
I should be able to figure this out but I can't!

My internet connection keeps hanging up. I remember yesterday I was sending a mail and clicked "hang up when finished" and I suspect that option may still be in place. How do I undo the damn thing? I tried resetting internet options to default but that didn't work. :(

1. Check in all of the internet and network locations within Control Panel
I am assuming you are using windows. Also check in the settings on your email client, your email program may be over-riding the default internet connections in windows!

If you have more problems, you may need to give more specifics, such as what version of the OS you are running, what mail client, etc.

2. Within Outlook Express

That option can be found by going to "tools" then clicking "options". Then click on the "connections" tab and you will see a checkbox for the "hang up when finished" option. Uncheck it.
