For you wine and chocolate lovers - do you know about these websites? WTSO and Chocosphere...
First, wine -

http://wtso.com/

They don't ship to all states - I am sure you can find out from the website where they do ship.

I've been tracking them for over a year now - they put maybe 3-4 wines per day at really significant savings - typically if you purchase 4 there is no shipping fee. We tend to stick to the cheapies (such as a killer Rose prosecco for less than 10$) - a few times a year they have a marathon where they put new wines up every 15 minutes.

Being on a fixed income now, this provides an alternative to our trips to Trader Joe for really cheap (but good!) stuff - like the less than 4.00 Vinho Verde, and 6.00 Prosecco with the cork sticking slightly out of the top...

Now chocolate -

http://chocosphere.com/

We are not using them much these days (due to high cost of some of them - plus shipping costs) - but it is an amazing collection of hard to get chocolate - including many European dark chocolates (we are addicted to good dark chocolate).

Anyway - enjoy!

1. Thanks. Chocosphere is fabulous.
I just e-mailed it to my brother who is a chocolate fanatic.

The Bargain Basement section is interesting. Selling items

that are just a little past their "best by" date.

2. we've tried some of those. well stored chocolate has no issues with the use by date.
and the price reduction makes them well worth the risk!
