2. Cool. I always felt guilty that I didn't separate my yolks and whites and
beat the whites separately for my omelets. But I DO crack them on the edge of the bowl, lol.

3. Julia cracked eggs on edge of bowl too, along side Jacques!

5. Our PBS station runs their show from time to time. I enjoy watching them together
even if it's an episode that I've seen several times.

and one of our PBS stations runs their show fairly often. Saturday, its cooking shows!!!

9. The cookbook they released together is the best.
It covers almost everything you could imagine.

6. I love Jacques. He shows some of the simplest recipes. I saw him make this
the other day and I want to try it.

You mix it in a pan, let it rise once, stir it, put a lid on it and refrigerate overnight and bake it in the same pan the next day.

7. Interesting
that 2d 'rising' occurs in fridge! Remember a couple of years(?) ago here, there was a great bit of study and suggestions for easy/quick bread baking recipes? I didn't partake, having been through my bread-making 'season' many years ago. The punch-down was ALMOST as much fun as the eating!
