What are you making to eat for Memorial Day ?

Smoked brisket, Yankee baked beans, and pasta salad. I bought some fresh tortillas and will make pico de gallo too. What are you having ?

1. Burgers and chicken...

cole slaw, baked beans, fresh corn on the cob, homemade ice cream and many frozen drinks!

2. The chilly, rainy weather makes me want soup!

But I'm just going to fix some turkey burgers and green beans on the side. I think that tonight just might be a hot chocolate kind of evening.

3. We had grilled salmon, corn on the cob, and

cole slaw and peach crisp for desert. But I didn't have fresh peaches, two bags of frozen ones and some fresh apricots from my neighbor's tree and that peach/apricot crisp was really good. :-)
