RIBS, yes we like those from time to time
the crockpot is just great for that... left them with mushrooms, spices (Garam Masala, cinnamon, hot peppers,) and fresh cilantro, onions and garlic. With some rice, it will be a tasty meal.

4. Recipee
mixed mushrooms, whatever I got at the market this week. Oyster, some shitake, a few others. A bunch of cilantro. One red onion, cut into four parts, three garlic teeth, salt, hot peper flakes, cinnamon (I use one I bring from Mexico, so it also has a little sugar and nuts) and gara masala, oh and of course salt.

Let it braise in the slow cooker for what now five hours?
