Whats for dinner? - Midweek Edition!
I'm finally doing the Chicken and Dumplings or will perish in the attempt!

It's actually almost done :) I cooked the chicken and made stock yesterday. So... all I really have to do tonight is add cream of chicken to the stock and cooked chicken pieces, and make dumplings. Drop dumplings today I think... Easy way!

Kind of hungry for a creamy chicken dish, too.

Last night was reubens, deviled eggs, pickled beets, and red cabbage salad (sliced thin with EVOO, red wine vinegar and Lawry's season salt). I'm trying to get colorful vegetables on our plates every night for nutrition.
