I have some more Omaha Steak fillets wrapped in bacon. They ARE weird to cook! What - 2 inches high and 2 inches across? I did NOT broil them this time, but pan fried and cooked the bacon crispy first. Well, I am a new upper-denture wearer, so I have a hard time with some things, ;-).

I ended up simmering it in beef broth and froze it for another day.
