I'm making Turkey Sausage and Chicken Gumbo for Super Bowl Sunday
Make a lil Roux, chuck in onions, bell peppers celery, a lil seasoning, garlic, 3 cans of chicken broth, Sausage and Chicken. I'll fry the Okra just a lil before chucking it in. A lil fry keeps the Okra from being too slimy. Mix up with rice and enjoy!!

Was too nervous during the game to eat anything but had some later!!!
