Went over to the market today
as in the local farmers market.

WOW this place has all you may need, and that includes prepared foods, some cheese, eggs, locally grown all. And chiefly organic. I got most of my groceries for the week, and will only need to get things like meat and cottage cheese. But parking was a pain. Next week go earlier.

I got fresh angel hair pasta on the stove, with fresh salad. YUMMY.

1. Were there no farmers
selling meat there?

2. No, and that's ok, I can get organic chicken
and beef at the supermarket. I live in an area where there is enough demand so they carry it.

3. The tiny supermarket closest to me sells organic beef
They had to drop the chicken, not enough demand. They do carry a lot of organic veggies and a lot of organic prepared foods.

They also carry pinto beans and rice in bulk and have started to carry some whole grains.
