Doña Rossana cooks Sancocho (Soup) Recipe Video

It's a chicken soup with ingredients left in large pieces like corn on the cob, yucca and plantains. I've never had it before but will try it since I like plantains. The only ingredient I haven't had is the yucca. I like that she makes a sofrito for it.
