I love cooking for our customers with produce from our garden
Today's specials:

Soup, savoury tart and salad
Chilled curried zucchini soup, savoury tart of caramelized onions,
roasted cherry tomatoes and comte cheese, salad of garden greens with
dijon vinaigrette or lemon dill dressing.

Wrap of herbed goat cheese spread, roasted bell pepper, basil and garden
greens served with a bulgur salad with dried cranberries and toasted walnuts or lentil salad vinaigrette.

Vegetarian Chef's Salad
Garden greens, hard boiled eggs (from our Cochins), tomatoes, peppers,
cucumbers, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, croutons, bayley-hazen
blue cheese

Raspberry tart

And of course, our regular menu of full cream teas, cakes, tarts and lavender shortbread.

No wonder we served over 400 people this week- even though we're located in the middle of nowhere in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.

2. It all sounds wonderful!
I wouldn't know which to pick! I'd have to take a couple of friends and pass around plates.

Where are you serving this? :hi:

6. What a fabulous business
you run, and in my most favorite state.

My daughter attending grad school in Vermont (Burlington) and I visited her several times and fell in love with Vermont. Oh . . . if only I could think of a way to move there.

Your tea garden cafe is exquisite - a wonderful enterprise.

I wish you success and if ever I am honored to travel your way, I will certainly visit.
