What do you do with chinese mustard?
I have some growing in the garden that is quite large and pungent. Would it stir fry well? Soups? I was using the baby leaves in salads, but everyone else in the house complained about the spicy flavor.

2. Tian of Roasted Potatoes & Chinese Mustard Greens sounds yum.
Maybe the potatoes will cut the spiciness enough that the kids will eat it.

3. I put it on my Chinese food
The packet kinds suck but the super-hot containers they give you are the best. It goes great on everything but mixed up in the fried rice is the best. :9
