microwave pressure cooker recipes? My web searches have been fruitless so far.

4. I actually had one of these a few years ago
You really just need to adapt recipes from the book that comes with it. It's just too specialized to adapt Micro wave or Pressure Cooker recipes to without having a great deal of experience using the pot.

I used it for quickly making potatoes and harder root veggies but other than that I don't recall using it much.

I remember it was a blue plastic and had a red rubber like valve on it. I wonder where it is?
