3. I'm glad but

I really cringe everytime someone talks about Atkins. I did it for awhile and it totally screwed me up on the way I metabolize protein now. I will forever be suseptible to uric acid kidney stones.

Besides, I've seen pics of you and a diet is not necessary, especially a potentially harmful fad one at that! :hug:
