Icewine .... Eiswein ...... Vin de glace ...... what a special gift
It is probably my favorite dessert. I got a 375 ml bottle of it for Father's Day. I sipped the last of it tonight.

2. It is very sweet and has a very thick viscosity
It feels as if it can be chewed. It is also very fruity and has a nice acidity. Sweeter, even, than a trockenbeerenauslese.

It has a mouth feel very similar to a thick liqueur, but without the drama of a high alcohol content. There is no burn whatsoever.

6. Limoncello ...... or any other thick, sweet liqueur
But with absolutely no alcohol bite.

And the sweetness, generally, is not cloying.

4. I have always wanted to try it
But at $50 for a teeeeeny tiny bottle, I never could quite justify it.

7. Its a very hard product to produce.
They have to have exactly the right weather or they could lose an entire year's crop. This is why it is only made in a few areas. Canada is actually the biggest producer.

I have always said there's no accounting for taste. Some people like (love) it. Others can take it or leave it. With that admonition, I'd say to go for it at least once.

The have even smaller than 350 ml bottles (275??) for less money.

11. I will hide them for you. They'll be safe from whomever you're worried about.
They will effectively disappear.

13. Shut up.
I'm just going to store them internally, and maybe convert them to bodily fluids.

I had these sudden thoughts about my Icewine, body fluid conversion, and Tab (the soft drink)

16. No, seriously...
I have, um, no ulterior motive, and forget that the husband of sparkly guy said, and I will, um, store your eiswine safely - maybe convert it to bodily fluids and keep it internally for safekeeping, and, um, you won't have to worry about it getting lost or stolen, particularly, um, from other group posters whose initials might be something like H2S or something and um, they probably have bad intentions.
