question about half and half
this is a silly question but...can half and half be frozen?? I just bought a new container and need only about an eighth of a cup and don't want to do anything with the rest at this point.

I thought I could freeze it in ice cube trays? Thanks in advance for any help! :-)

1. You can, but it will separate some when you thaw it
It will be okay for cooking after it's been frozen, but it won't work so well in coffee because it will look a little "lumpy".

2. You can if you have a blender
because it separates when it thaws. Buzz it in a blender and it's like new.
