10. Don't tell anyone, but the admins always give the mods one.

This time I got four right off the bat. I think because of the DU burps they got confused & gave some of us too many. Then I got a couple for locking a thread or nuking. Some members still don't get that it's all done by consensus. Just because I locked a thread doesn't mean that I was the one who did it, just that I locked the thread saying that the member was no longer with us. Or, if I locked a thread it was still done by consensus. It wasn't just my decision & I didn't deserve a heart for it.
