I know that's how my mother felt about football by that time. Good thing she wasn't a cook and just made sure there was plenty of beer and mixed nuts.

One of the two best things about my ex is that he hated US football. He was a nerd who learned how to play soccer with all the South American assembly workers at his job and he got pretty good at it. He'd rather play it than watch it, though, another good quality.
