I've started a cooking blog
http://pixie-cookingfortwo.blogspot.com/

The blog focuses on cooking for two people with an emphasis on minimal clean up...I am looking for feedback and suggestions. I have some easy recipes posted on there that I have made myself many times. I have both vegetarian and chicken/fish. Within a few weeks I am going to start posting pictures as I cook dinner. Thanks. - Lilsarah

entered the Food Tv contest......

I have a name for it and everything!

I will visit your blog this evening!

2. Thanks.
It's brand new & I have made everything on there several times, the eggplant dish is my favorite so far... Hopefully I will have pictures soon as well.

3. Boy do I need you. Put you in" Favorites", will check daily.
I need help because I'm just too pooped when I get home from my job. Will plan for the coming week by checking your offerings. Just me and my other half, kids on their own. Its hard to get creative for 2 when you are tired. (and supposedly re-tired)

6. If you like garlic and chicken
here's what I do
Hobbit's Crockpot Chicken

1 whole chicken , washed and dried
2 bulbs garlic, cloves separated and peeled
3-4 serrano peppers, chopped

1. Place whole chicken in crockpot.
2. Fill cavity with garlic and peppers, add any other spices you wish
3. Set crockpot on low heat for about 7 hours
4. You have to use tongs to lift the chicken out because it falls off the bones
5. Serve with rice, pasta, potatoes or whatever.
6. the garlic cloves are so soft I spread them on some good crusty bread.
