peanut butter and soy sauce (2 kinds)
lots of garlic, some ginger, some hot sauce, a little rum for sweetness and my whole wheat udon noodles......oh and shrimp. What am I forgetting?

2. scallions would have been good
but today it's all coming from what I have on hand. It could have used a little sesame oil I think. Next time I'll make more and be sure to get your invite out. :toast:

ps: if you're sodium sensitive, high blood pressure --- make low sodium adjustments!

3. A splash of sesame oil would have finished it off nicely.
Chinese sesame paste rather than PJ is good too but that's not something I have in the pantry. I love peanut sauces on noodles and the wholewheat udon or buckwheat soba noodles are my favorite choices for this sort of recipe.
