I'm thinking putting it in aluminum foil and doing it in my toaster oven. No grilling outside for two reasons, 1)no propane until we move and 2)it's freaking 113 with 30% humidity :wow:
should I add some brown sugar? allspice? nutmeg? cinnamon? garlic?
whadda you guys think?

1. Sure the toaster Oven will do just fine |
|
It'll give you a nice crispy skin. I do it in the crock pot usually. It doesn't give you that crispy skin but then again it's all about the sauce in my house.

3. I'd pan sautee the pineapple in a little butter |
|
with a little brown sugar and cinnamon. It would be good plain or with a little vanilla ice cream or pound cake. \\\
I just use the Yoshida's plain no need to add anything. Just teriyaki chicken and rice. It's one of SO's favorite dinners.

4. i was gonna use the pineapple on the chicken as kind of a sweet |
|
teriyaki. I don't have enough to use it as a side dish so was just gonna add it to the chicken teriyaki so it's kinda an "Hawaiian" chicken
