we like our sweets, but can never get through a 9x13 cake before it gets yucky
i'm thinking I can bake cupcakes and freeze half of them but the frosting can only live in the fridge for a few days. anyone ever tried freezing those tubs of frosting? what results did you get?
Pop em in the freezer on a tray until they get hard. Then put them in zip locks or wrap in foil. If the frosting is already frozen, the wrapping won't squish it.
