I pan fry it and then make a dipping sauce for it made out of ketchup, mayo and just a touch of worcestershire sauce.

4. Freshly caught?
Freshly caught trout needs to be cooked on a wood fire next to the lake it once called home.

Supermarket trout tastes good with a smear of butter, salt and pepper on the insides-then wrapped in parchement paper and cooked in the oven.
