Can anyone give me info on the cake contest held in Tulsa OK

They've featured it several times on the food network, but I can't find any information on it.
Tulsa is only a days drive away, less actually, and we would like to go to the bake off.
What I'd like to know is the when and where so we can build a vacation around it.
My wife will be eternally grateful, and will be glad to babysit in return.
