1. This just in: I've joined the Flat Screen Society!
With the help of an ATI Radeon video card, I gave my 800x600 tube monitor its walking papers in favor of a slim, trim, 1400x900 LG LCD monitor. It works fine, but while perusing the LG web site, I noticed that some of their monitors were "Windows Vista Certified." Huh? Having to upgrade your RAM in order to run a new OS is one thing, but your MONITOR? No wonder Vista laid such an egg!
