2. When I was about 10 years old, I saw the Aurora Borealis.
I am now 69. Never since the first time have I seen this amazing phenomenon. Love to once more see this eerie, spectacular display. All you can do is watch with awe.
The first time I saw it, I did not know what it was. Had to call the folks outside to tell me what this spectacular even was all about.
Not too sure they understood it either.
Amazing.

3. I've seen them more times than I can remember
I've even had them appear and interfere with spotting meteors!

6. I saw my first - and best - when I was a teenager driving around
in the middle of the night with friends.

At first I thought the world was ending!

(No doubt due to growing up under the threat of nuclear annihilation during the Cold War, combined with some pot smoking).

Maybe we will be treated to some good ones over the next couple of years as the solar activity picks up and peaks.
