2. I'm a staunch atheist, so I'd like to like this cartoon, but the cartoonist
picked really bad examples. I mean has anyone actually thought that god saved kittens or found bank robbers? The only one that fits at all is the vaccine aspect. Such a good idea, so poorly executed.

6. Not only haven't you met phantom power's neighbors...
you're apparently out of touch with the way MOST American Christians perceive their god. Yes, rescuing kittens and finding bank robbers are right in line with the "I want a pony!" type of god that most of them believe in.

7. "I thank God I'm alive!" How many times have you heard that ?
After some fireman, policeman, coast guardsman, etc. has just put his life on the line to save someone's sorry ass, they should be thanking him, not God. He is every bit as mortal as they; he has everything to lose and nothing to gain by risking his life for another. Yet they choose to see it as an intervention by a divine power.

The only Supreme Being who controls our fate is man. Only a minority of people act like they are aware of that.

4. Sort of cute but
vaccines take just a little longer than that to develop. Oh, yeah, and DNA analysis isn't exactly a 30 second job, either.

11. So, the promissory notes issued by the secularist Taleban, claiming that
science would one day explain everything, is absolutely 'bona fide'. Awesome! Just awesome!

You know, you might want to actually meet or talk to actual scientists before showing such blatant bigotry there Pat Robertson.
Learning what the scientific method is (which most of us learned in High School or earlier) would help that case of large oozing ignorance you have.
