Science maintains a foothold in Kansas
Honestly, I find this article to be somewhat poorly written, but the good news is that the Luddites have failed to secure a majority on the school board.

These folks in Kansas are just religious right wingers. The all have big houses with lots of stuff. They usually say that God gives those things to people he favors.

They just are against "science" kinds of things.

This Darwin debate is old news in this part of the country - I don't think it will ever stop. You have the "Bible Believing" Christians vs. just about everyone else.

But they really should leave their religion out of the public schools.
