For the past two days, my radio reception has been in and out; plus, my TV's audio has been spiking up and down on it's own -- can those be due to this?

6. Today

There has been at least an X2 and an X1. What is going on with the sun lately? It seems pissed off or soemthing. I thought that there were solar cycles and we were supposed to be at a low point. So does this have anything to do with pole shifting, weather disturbances, earthquakes, etc.?
