Right to Remain Silent?

Do we still have the right to remain silent?
I'm just wondering, in lieu of anti-interrogation techniques popularized (partly) by the IRA's Green Book:

What would today's CIA interrogators do with someone whom just refuses to say anything?
Or someone gets lifted by the Dept HS?
Would they just hold you indefinately?
