Leonard Peltier has a parole hearing today.
He has already served 33 years in prison for a crime he said he did not commit. He will be 65 next month.

Will the parole board cave into the FBI?

6. because I believe they never proved he was guilty
because his trial was a sham.
because I have followed his case, his writings for thirty years.

9. Bill Clinton "caved in" to the FBI years ago and that is why
Leonard is still in prison.

FYI - That also may be why Obama is now president.

11. That's the one thing I'll never forgive Clinton for
I absolutely expected Leonard would have been freed before Clinton left office and was so shocked when it didn't happen. Shame on Clinton.

2. I hope he had a friend who told him to go to that big tree in the hayfield
in Buxton, lift that black rock and find the treasure...LOL. I would think he's been rehab'd by now..

15. glinda - I have heard the same thing but I believe if he did it he was not alone and I think 33
years is time served. The FBI did a real shitty thing this past January when they had him moved him to a prison that was geared to young thugs who literally beat the crap out of him.

It's time the FBI got another Jimmy Hoffa clue.

8. I thought we'd know, by now
I don't really have any experience to draw on, so do these decisions usually take a long time? I'm praying for his release.
