Because our courts do not work and in keeping with my promise to root out public corruption and the continuing obstruction of justice, I will be making formal SORA and FOIA request this week for communications and emails between federal and state officials, the defendants US Bank, General Electric, Novation and the defense firms of Husch Blackwell Sanders, Polsinelli Shughart and Lathrop & Gage.

My request will identify specific times before, during and after every order, transfer and dismissal from 2002 to present in Kansas Federal District Court, Kansas Supreme Court, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Missouri WD Federal Court, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, Missouri Supreme Court, Missouri WD Appeals Court, Jackson County Missouri 16th Circuit Court and Missouri Bar of Governors. 2. "No Law Enforcement" "No Justice In Our Courts"

Our "Laws" and "Courts" have been bought buy the highest bidder. Its called "Fascism" in its purest form. Democracy is over as we know it in America. Wake up America!

I did my part for 8 years while law enforcement and the Judiciary would not lift a hand to hold our courts and judges to the standards they swore to uphold. You need a gun just to protect your civil liberties and property rights.
