1. That sucks
They're the only game in town for some inherited diseases.

I have a sneaking suspicion they've offshored their manufacturing.

Someone's been fucking with the drugs, after they scrubbed it with steel wool! A 3 yr. old could see that!

3. Uh yeah that's a particularly stupid response
Steel and rubber are commonly found on machines used in manufacturing. Sounds like crappy quality control. No one puts stuff like that in drugs deliberately. Oy.
