I cannot believe that so many are supporting a bill that includes provisions that cover this kind of "surgery" but does not cover womens reproductive health care.

3. Just did a search of the pdf for HR 3962. Neither the procedure 'lobotomy' nor the word 'gunshot'

appear anywhere in it.
