Free Health Screenings this Weekend (June 13) in Arkansas!

If you live in the Harrison AR area, stop by between 10 am and 4 pm Saturday, June 13. Future Visions Foundation, a non-profit health education foundation, will be hosting our third annual Health Fair. At the Fair you can:

Get these tests done: lipids, blood sugar, blood pressure, hand grip strength, AND glaucoma (by an ophthalmologist, no less!) These tests are done FREE of charge.

We'll be giving out FREE gift bags with information, samples, and other goodies.

We'll have informational booths about everything from allergies, massage, diabetic foot care, chiropractic, and raw foods to weight loss and programs we sponsor.

We'll have a raffle for an exercise machine, artwork, health services, jewelry, and more!

We'll have a plant sale--heirloom plants that were grown organically!

Hope any DUers in the neighborhood can drop by. It's a great way to get peace of mind and get free stuff as well!

1. There's free hearing and vision tests, as well as other screenings, for kids this Sat. in

Fayetteville. It'll be at the Lokomotion Park.

Our screenings are for everyone, not just kids. But I'm glad Fayetteville is doing something as well. This way, folks can make a choice of where they want to go.

Or maybe you noticed that at some point when I mentioned it. I've lived around Little Rock and in Cabot. Have a sister in NLR and a brother in Cabot. They've lived there for 30 years now, wow, long time. I go back once in a great while, never been to your part of the state.
