Next time some idiot republican makes up some excuse why we can't afford to treat everyone or how the system would be overwhelmed by poor people you might remind them that if a developing country like Jamaica can cover everyone than so can we.

A poor nation, that has suffered from decades of embargoes from us and our allies and yet they are able to cover all their citizens with national health care.
