He should be tried as a juvenile. He is just 14 and to try him as an adult in my opinion is crazy. What gets me is that a kid can only be treated legally as an adult by doing something wrong but no matter how responsible they are they are never treated as an adult. It doesn't make sense.

I think crimes like murder and rape need to be punished much more severely across the board. Instead of wasting time and money on petty possession charges, we need to get the dangerous criminals off the streets.
