Palm Springs mayor says he'll attend Love Won Out conference

Openly gay Mayor Ron Oden said he "definitely" wants to attend and share his views about the gay community.
Watch the press conference .There is more to this story,however I can't find it on the net. From KMIR6 tonite: Oden Welcomed the evil, hater, Faux Xians for their convention using the words "proud to host", or some such. The Gay activists took public umbrsge at such language and have begun to mobilize in a local park Saturday (which Sat. , I can't tell yet)I will try to update.

This bunch of bums. This guy just don't get it. (this mayor lost his bid for Dem candidate for assembly. by welcoming a Walmart)
