6. If only it were true

I'm very fond of Dean himself, but I have not seen the Democratic Party itself stand with our community for a long time. Take advantage of our votes, yes. Support us, only at politically expedient moments.

While the GOP does "target LGBT Americans for political gain", the Dems have have left us out to dry for the same reason. Is that really something to be proud of? I don't think so.
