I think those in CA should get the following things on the ballot, given what we know

I know most of these things are mean, but it is okay, because like those that voted for PROP 8 were not effected by their vote... so...

- Prop 39 - Anyone that has had the "change" in life shall not marry
- Prop 92 - All Hispanics can not marry unless they ask Joe Smith of LA
- Prop 31 - All People with Brown eyes can not marry Blue Eyed people because the mob said so...
- Prop 65 - If you were not born in the US, you can not marry people who are from CA
- Prop 59 - The Disabled should not allowed to be married unless they get approval by vote of the people, marriage by marriage
- Prop 54 - Asians can only marry other Asians.
- Prop 99 - White people can not ask Black people to marry, but Black people can ask White people.

All of these sounds dumb as hell!!! But given what the courts did today, all valid.

that the court was ONLY ruling on an issue of law regarding whether or not Prop 8 constituted an AMENDMENT or REVISION to the state constitution and COULD NOT base their ruling on any civil rights issues in regard to whether Prop 8 should be overturned or should stand.

So a simple majority can remove rights from ANYONE...
