Anybody here good with Photoshop?

I need a new sig graphic and would be eternally grateful if some kind soul could put a nice, heart-shaped vignette around this picture, or maybe put some big, pink, kissy hearts around the loving couple.

Or whatever else you would like to do with this most excellent picture.
