SchoolSpring Applications

Has anyone used this to apply for a job? I am floored that they expect me to enter my transcripts one class at a time as well as my resume, certification, .........It will take FOREVER AND my info will be in cyber-space. The job I wanted to apply for had a 'no calls' statement, so I am assuming they won't take a paper application packet and don't want me to call and ask either. Any thoughts on this? I would appreciate your input. Thanks a bunch.

I'm the Technology Director at SchoolSpring and I was alerted to your post.

Yes, it's some work to add your transcripts to SchoolSpring, but after you do it once, they're verified and available as official transcripts for any district you want to apply to. You don't need to have official copies sent to each district. Also, you can apply for jobs before your transcripts are entered. Hopefully the district will ask for your transcripts if they're interested, but I can't promise you that.

2. Alerted?

I am not sure what you mean by 'alerted' to my message and I can assure you that the question was NOT intended for SchoolSpring employees to answer or I would have asked directly. I find it intrusive that you would be scanning the net for mentions of your company and replying to such on message boards. Although I am glad you 'understand my desire for feedback from other applicants' I do not require your permission and find it oppressive that you would speak to me in this manner.
