Is this the right place to ask about Journalism experience?
I am looking into starting my own web based news org and would like to ask those in "the Biz" their take on certain ideas, how to stuff, etc...

(So please let me know if I need to find anouther forum before I start rambling!) ;)

thanks

1. Howdy!
Most of what I see here seems to be about the creative side of the craft. The latest breaking news section is likely chocked full of folks who sift through stuff on that front. I could be wrong, I've engaged in a couple of brief conversations here, likely, somewhat less than dutiful for my own part, as ongoing dialog goes.

I do happen to have an old associates degree in journalism from '92. Not the way I've earned my keep though, been into sales mostly and raising kids, totally.

Genuine media experts are calling for 'citizen' journalists, so your endeavor is timely; good luck.
