Since we all know the Red Sox are a LOCK to repeat, predict who they will
beat in the World Series this time. And also who might also make the play-offs!

40. Please, the Phillies will be lucky not to come in last.
Ed Wade is an idiot. Everyone else got better and we got worse. I've been boycotting the Phillies for years now. Until they sell the team or get rid of Wade they'll never win.

12. Yankees (sarcasm)
In a surprise move, Selig will announce the realignment of the Yankees to the NL, just so the Sox can smoke 'em in the Series (not to mention generate titanic rating$$$ for Faux in the process).

</sarcasm>

Among current NL teams, you mean? :-) Not seeing a whole lot out there that really excites me. I'd say whoever makes the best move(s) at the trade deadline will get the honor of being "Socked"!

31. Nope! The Yankees have two big problems that will keep them down:
1.) Giambi--he'll be a distraction, because they do't want to pay him.

2.) What's-his-name (for the life of me, I can't think of it) the pitcher they overpaid who was pulled in the second inning of Game 7--he's a headcase, and they couldn't unload him. Another distraction.

Red Sox are primed and ready to go!

The Yanks are the better team
Giambi will have a good year and RJ will shut down the Sox lefties. The Sox losing Pedro will hurt them very badly. The Sox are toast.
