Ravens, Giants, Steelers and Panthers...
...will live to play again after this upcoming weekend. I was 2 for 4 last weekend, and figure I will be that again this weekend, as I am rooting for the Titans, so hopefully that is one I get wrong. I do believe of the other three there will be a major upset, because the Giants Steelers and Panthers (IMHO) should be locks.

1. Eagles, Titans, Chargers, Panthers.
What makes you think the Giants should be a lock? Is it because they barely beat the Eagles in the first matchup that could have gone either way with Plax in the lineup? Or is it the way they were completely and utterly dominated in the second meeting? There are no locks in an NFC East matchup. This is a field goal game either way. I'm taking the road dog.

The Ravens D is playing ridiculously well but the Titans D is pretty damn good too. Bet the under, the Titans win 4-2 on a late end zone snap over the Baltimore punter's head.

I'm picking the Chargers here simply because I despise the Stillers. But if I felt like it I could make a case for them.

The Cards have almost no chance coming east to play outside in the cold. Boldin may not play. The Panthers really aren't all that scary but they should handle the Cards.

3-1 last week. Like everyone else, I had the Falcons.

3. You're right about NFC match-ups always being close, BUT...
...I really don't think much of the Iggles this year, but if they take out another Manning, that's just fine with me!

2. Titans, Steelers, Eagles and Panthers
Philly played just well enough last week to win. Nothing spectacular but good solid football on all sides of the ball. They won't be intimidated going into NY.

Titans D will be enough to have people realize that Joe Flacco is still a rookie QB. Agree this will be low scoring.

Sorry, Darian Sproules is not LT. I heard this morning that LT is hurt worse than is reported and may miss the game. Pittsburgh's D is that good.

Carolina gets the easy nod since Arizona doesn't believe in playing football east of the Mississippi.

Heh.

Panthers should be a lock but everything else is up in the air. Granted, Delhomme had some HORRIBLE games this year with multiple turnovers (I should know, he partly ruined my fantasy season) but historically he's a great post-season QB.

IMO, Giants/Eagles is the definition of coin toss that could go either way.

The Ravens are HOT so I think it comes down to Titans injuries. If Albert Haynesworth and their Center Kevin M. play well, the Titans have a clear shot to win...then again Ed Reed Vs. Kerry Collins is brutal, especially since the Titans dynamic duo at RB has shown it can be shutdown Vs. good D's.

Finally, if Big Ben is healthy I can't see the Chargers winning this one on the road in the cold with no healthy LT or Gates.

Jacobs is healthy and the Eagles won't stop him and when they sell out to try, Eli will make them pay. Carolina is just a lot better than Arizona and Boldin may not even play. I don't trust Kerry Collins against that Ravens defense. I think Big Ben suffers some post concussion issues and that leads to the turnovers the Chargers need to win.
