You're kidding right? I thought the dude couldn't hardly speak anymore?

<snip>
Fellow action star Sylvester Stallone, Oscar-nominated director Spike Lee and retired boxer and civil-rights icon Muhammad Ali are among those who could take the witness stand for Snipes, 45, who is charged with conspiring to defraud the IRS and seven other felonies.

1. The Champ
can talk. Sometimes when he is tired, Lonnie helps.

2. Weird. What would he have to testify about?

I'm doubtful as to how much Muhammad Ali had an impact on Wesley Snipes's taxable income.

3. One might suspect that
Mr. Snipes's attorneys remember Ali lighting the Olympic torch.

character witness, I assume
of course, since mr. Snipes apparently ddn't pay taxes for a decade ( in which he actually worked, do not recently) I don't see the point.

5. If that's the case...
... then Mr. Snipes had better not have any skeletons in his closet. Once that door is opened, it doesn't get shut again.
